I am interviewing with JPMC, but the LOB is ICB. I have heard ICB is relatively new, and bit unstructured and unstable compares to AWM, CIB or CCB. Although I am in the advance stage, I am bit hesitant to pursue this as heard of frequent layoffs, micromanagement, bad wlb and low hike issues in ICB, along with 5 days in office.

I am interviewing with other major companies too and want to understand if JPMC for ICB is worth my time and efforts. Feel free to comment.

So I’m planning on leaving my position before school starts, but the application and interview process has been slow. At this point I’m afraid I won’t find a job until late July. Should I let my school now and let them post my job as an anticipated position? I’d hate for them to have to find someone last minute, but I also want to keep that school as a fall back just in case. For a SAP BODS consultant with 7 years of experience, what should be the package in current market?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
