I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

came from KPMG where senior associate in management consulting was like 90-120k years ago so I would say at that title, it's about right. at Accenture, I got 10k but others have been offered more. not sure about PwC but might as well ask. if you want more, try going for the next level at manager then the pay band goes up
That is low. I would expect 2x as a starting point
That team pays low
Very low all around. Low comp, low staff class positioning. Minimum an M2 (manager 2) entry point. It’s a cohort and think there are 3 levels at M before SM. PwC also does geo adjusted compensation. Search for the PwC compensation spreadsheet that’s floating around on FB.
it's a big gamble. sometimes they put you as ready for promotion but it's all market dependent without guarantee but i have seen those that joined and got promoted within the year given good market conditions
You should look into the PwC salary sheet floating around fishbowl and look at SA salaries- they are capped based on location and cohort. You can negotiate of course, but if youre in a top cohort for SA, then there’s not much to do, besides maybe trying for a higher sign on. Im unsure of the standard for those though.
The base comp seems low.

You’re overqualified
Its all up to you. But some of your senior associate peers will be 25 yr olds 3 years out of university. You may be reporting up to someone with 6 yrs of experience. I assume you can be professional about it?
