% interest (aka money factor for leases) is dependent on the month, make, model, and trim. It changes monthly. Some cars lease well (low/subsidized money factor with high residual), some don’t. The only cars that seem to lease well these days are EVs.
Leasehackr forums are your friend. Great resource and I highly recommend. I bought (not leased) my car using their services and got a stellar deal, granted on a different car, but those people will steer you in the right direction

OP—you could look at leasing a former loaner car/demo with a few more miles on it. They’ll usually give you a discount. And for me, leasing makes sense. I don’t really want a car more than 4 years old especially after the warranty is up. But people have very strong opinions on both sides on the lease v. buy question.
