Hello Fishes, I carry 5.9 yrs of exp in International inside sales & LeadGen (Domestic- 2 yrs & Europe- 3.9 yrs) working for Tata Elxsi from past 2.8 years. As I'm not getting the expected hike based on my performance, I want to change the co. Current package - 8LPA, too low compared to market standards.
* Let me know- how much should I quote if I start to give interviews * Is it a good time to switch co. Also share which companies should I approach. Thanks in advance.

Honestly prepare for non LS cases too. I'm a PhD who had pharma experience prior to ZS. Came in expecting a relevant case and got one about a food processing company.
Focus on the skills not the industry when practicing cases.
But def have some background as P1 suggests.
Thanks for the advice. Will definitely focus on skills and do other cases as well!
I worked in the past at LEK in the LS group. They will be interested in your POV on some current LS topics. Not exhaustive, but have a POV.
They also want your analytical horsepower to be the science brain on the case, boiling down the technical conplexity for the team.
Thanks for the tips! I am reading fierce pharma regularly and personally follow CAR-T therapy (which I can talk/chat about comfortably). Any recommended sites or news that I should check out besides the aforementioned ones?
I also agree with ZS1 in that you should prepare for non-life sciences cases too. I had a few non-life sciences cases when I interviewed at LEK as a PhD
Thanks!
Do you have the Yale Life Sciences casebook? That helped me the most when I applied last year. DM me if you’d like a copy.
Got it. I have been doing a lot of regular cases (cracked MBB first rounds yayy!) And just want to do more LS cases. I will probably continue with improving skills and revisit the Yale LS casebook closer to interviews.
I started at LEK in 2018 (interviewed in 2017) and the interview process was LS cases only. Agree that you need to have a POV on 2-3 LS topics not just for LEK but for the LS shops in general.
