Offer from LTI mindtree: 21 (first HR round of my life I underquoted and HR agreed with a smile) + 5 days wfo.
Infosys has agreed to promote me to L3 and give 21 LPA. This has come from a my unit head and I trust him. However he has a condition that if he starts discussion of my promotion with HR and gives me a mail then I should guarantee that I will stay.
Kindly advice what to do🙏🏻

From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
