I am thinking of joining Meta as a contingent contract worker in the CWX program as a software engineer. Can anyone provide me with some information about the quality of this program?

I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. Chief of Staff roles, yea or nay?
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.
Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!

Take the contractor role
You’ll have a great time if you take it for what it is
I’ve take a couple, onsite at MPK classic was amazing
Make sure to take the time to make the best of the opportunity and meet as many FTEs as you can
Join the onsite clubs, spend some time to poke around FTE opportunities, that’s your in!
You will get paid by your agency(cwam) not Meta, you can still put that you worked at Meta, but make sure it says it was a contract role on the resume, not full time.
Nope, this is just where cwam’s post under a Meta umbrella
You are a contractor and they will make sure you fully understand you do not work for them. Regardless if you are working in site or not. They will provide with most equipment needed.
This is gig work through Meta, and a question you need to ask them
Be careful if you're involved in content moderation of users postings..Meta uses contractors for that and in legal discovery you and your employer can be sued for free speech censorship. Section 230 only applies to Meta not their contractors Meta likes to engage contractors to assume liability...
I agree with Product Manager 1 above. If you are getting the contrat through Meta then they would be the ones you would want to ask these questions to.
I keep applying and getting rejected but they post the role. Does anyone know if any other companies have a simple program?
