Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Maybe even getting referred? I have a deep knowledge of investments and always felt inclined to go down this route.

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. I have been facing some issues while setting Abap service instance under trial account in SAP BTP Cockpit. The region selected was VA, US. Some trial service broke error is being raised by cockpit. I am planning to learn BTP concepts in eclipse ADT and for that i was doing this setup in BTP Cockpit. Anybody can help? Appreciated in advance.
