After inflation rose salary got updated to 31,500. It is my first job in finance. It's not enough to save any money and my financial situation is stressful. Is it reasonable to ask for a pay rise? How much do others in my position get? I'm not CII qualified.

I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
