Hello Fishes 🐟🎏
I am rigorously looking for a job from past few months and tried applying many opportunities i came across, but everywhere I receive is Rejection or No response at all. I am not sure what needs to be added to my profile to get more attention or is it really something because of my Notice period which is 90 days at HCL.

Try to learn and get into Data Science. Lot of free content is available. There are plenty of openings for entry level roles. Salary is also much better, starting from 7+ lpa. You will enjoy the work as well.
Bro, will they consider for data science roles without any certifications. Is it enough to learn free contents and how do I switch just because I have studied data science. What modifications do I need to bring to my resume.
Thanks in advance
Focus on your DSA and system design skills for a couple of months, there is lots of content on the net, sites like Leetcode and GFG, YouTube playlists, written guides, paid courses and so on.
You can then crack entry level or one step up in hundreds of product companies and start-ups as a developer (SDE1 and 2) even with low hands-on experience. But it will all depend on your handwork and discipline as you have to focus on it for multiple months, if you get good enough you can even get into giants like FAANG.
I recently got an offer for 27 LPA with 2 YOE following this same strategy, and my current CTC is ~6 LPA. These companies don't focus much on your current CTC if it is not already in this bracket, they look more at your skills showcased in interviews and at their compensation standard and offer you accordingly.
You can also try to get into other entry level non-support tech roles like Data Science as suggested by different commenter, but the prep strategy will be completely different. In the end, they all have good compensation in top companies.
what's your current ctc?
we are on same page dude
