Hi Fishes,
Can anyone tell me how many rounds of interview are there in JPMorgan Chase & Co?
I had only 1 round as of now, it was with the Process head VP along with the person I will be reporting (if got selected)
It's been almost 4 days since I had that interview; however, no feedback has been shared with me.
I can see that my profile/application is under review for basic requirements.
Should I consider my profile as reject?
Any thoughts/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?

There are over 100 applicants for every job posting I come across that has been open for more tha 24 hours. There simply isn't the need for a recruiter to waste their time waiting a day for one single applicant. Fact of the matter is that they will still end up with however many good candidates to bring to the hiring manager as is needed, and won't have any concerns that those candidates will show similar inflexiblility when trying to schedule an interview with said hiring manager.
Job seekers are proverbial fish in a barrel at the moment.
Through no fault of my own, I was included in the latest batch of roughly 3k people who have been RIF'ed. Im not the best person to ask for an unbiased opinion.
In this market, anything is a dealbreaker. Don't take it personally and keep looking. It’s brutal.

That is wild. One day is nothing. If they dropped you for that, it probably saved you from a workplace with zero flexibility. A decent recruiter would work around a normal schedule without turning it into a drama.
