Things like that can happen, so you can't always take it seriously. It's possible, however, that they're sending a signal that they're not going to promote from within. So you might as well start looking elsewhere just to see what you might find.
Yeah I think looking elsewhere is probably best!
I'd do both. If I was able to get a job before I was up for promotion again, I'd take it. My feeling is that after you've been passed over once, it's more likely to happen again than you are to actually get it. Maybe that's just me being cynical though.
I think you’re right!
It depends on the point of view you approach it which is always best to not
Give up on you're team on you're shelf when disision
Are made in which It feels left out I would evaluate my overall job requirements my performance what experience level I feel Iam on 100 percent in which we all start from 0 so no need to be feeling any type of way it takes time for these things and it only matters when u have a time to learn and just overlook when should had just hung in there if u are in the spot of leadership in your mind u already a top employee just know that with time the hospitality trade will show u with a sign of overall assurance u will know u ready for that level through you're movements your techniques the flow experience earns u dedication overall that passion in culinary arts will it shelf tell u when u should push for that spot for the trade has that inner sense that will come out one day u just can't rush or give up your time is soon just experience is what will set u to be excellent leader if u not picked just just keep dedicated polish what u know an it will be absolutely worth it for when you go in at the spot you so disire you will just be at your most level two be not just a manager you would be true in you're you're experience well polish in which others would look up too

If there is no longer the opportunity to move up within the ranks, it’s imperative that you look elsewhere. Stagnation can kill your career progression.
Yeah I think you’re right with that one!

That’s frustrating. If you feel like internal growth isn’t being valued, it might be worth exploring other opportunities. But if you really like the team and the role, giving it another shot internally could also make sense.
That’s true, I guess I can look while seeing what happens if I don’t finds something new!
