I can't believe how much the time change is affecting me. Particularly since we "gained" an hour. I've been weirdly tired all day, and the fact that it got dark at 4:00 p.m. is making it worse. It's going to be a long week. Why am I having so much trouble adjusting to the time change, I've never had this issue before.

For your sleep, hygiene, go look that up if you don’t know what it means. I had to change how I framed my nighttime routine because my self-care I just deemed as that instead of putting it as part of my sleep routine before I go to bed. Self-care is self-care can be very Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. If you happen to be up around the time that the sun is coming up get out into it even if that’s just for a few minutes. Take your coffee or whatever your morning drink is sit outside for five or 10 minutes because that early morning light really has an effect on your circadian rhythm. Good luck.

Has anyone had to take or require a “Resource Management Data Exercise” during an interview? Up for a dream job and trying to be as prepared as possible!

I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in the field, which I did.
I requested a performance and salary review because it’s my annual review time anyway. Best way to address this? Also applying elsewhere.

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?
