I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.
Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

No. Very interested in hearing more though!
I did and I had no idea it was coming...first and only time over a dozen interviews. basically had to look at staff plans and determine how you'd reorganize people if a bunch of full time roles came in urgently for a new high end client, how you'd consolidate roles, who you would put where based on seniority or skillset versus project requirements. I thought it was a waste of my time, but the interviewer had shot himself in the foot a few times before we even got to the test. Did an Excel test once too, but that was really to gauge my interest in learning how it works than my actual know-how.
I’ve never heard of this either! My only concern would be, that the role sounds like it’s probably more focused on data than people if they’re testing you during a interview. If that doesn’t bother you because you lean heavier on the operational side, then you have nothing to worry about.
Definitely interested to hear how this goes for you. Keep us posted!
