I cleared all the interview rounds at Morgan Stanley & after the verbal offer & HR discussion on 1st week of October , I was told they needed approvals and to be patient for around 10 days. It has now been over 20 days, and recently I called & received an update that approvals are still pending. how long should i wait to receive final offer letter?

Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
