I completed a BBA (General) and am now pursuing a Master’s in Finance. I have three months of internship experience. My resume gets viewed, but I only receive rejections. I know my profile has gaps and I’m seeking blunt advice on what to fix. I’m willing to make changes necessary.

Starting us off with an important tip: Your resume is a marketing document, not an autobiography. It should include relevant jobs, responsibilities, and perhaps most importantly, achievements. Where you can quantify an accomplishment or just talk up a major project you led at work or in an internship, do so. The point is to make the hiring manager think, “Wow, I need to talk to this person! They seem like a good fit!”
