I currently have an offer from Tech Mahindra that provides a 25% salary hike. However, the role requires working from the Hyderabad office in a night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM). At present, I am working at KPMG in the Nava Raipur location with a general day shift. Given these factors, I would appreciate guidance on whether joining Tech Mahindra would be the right decision.
