i currently work for Boeing in south Carolina as a aircraft structures mechanic and i been there for about 2 years come may. but I'm ready to move on and move closer to family. so is there any places in the Richmond area or the northern Virginia area that deal with my area of work. like drilling, parts installing, fastener installation and sealant application etc.

I have a friend who told me he sought treatment for alcohol abuse 6 mo ago. We talk a lot and I try not to judge or ask too many questions about his progress, just wanting to be a supportive friend who doesn’t pressure him. Today I brought him to a very laid back picnic… there was drinking but plenty of non-alcoholic alternatives, and it was a very chill group. Toward the end of the day I noticed him drink something. Should I have confronted and stopped him? Should I bring it up now? Guilty now

Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.
