I don’t find my clients difficult to work with, I find my internal team difficult to work with. I’m chasing them to meet deadlines, constantly. I don’t even fault them because I know how spread thin they are (I’m not the only relationship manager they support). I’m not here for advice, mostly just to vent and see if I’m the only one dealing with this.

A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….
