I don’t want to trash anyone’s success, but The APG (London) awarding the Grand Prix for Strategy to all seven Golds dilutes its potency as an effectiveness award, in my opinion. Plus I’ve never actually seen any of the work. Some of the papers are good and I appreciate people worked hard but the point of a Grand Prix is it’s meant to be the pinnacle of difficult achievement. To me it comes off as wanting to keep people desperately in The APG.

Just received an offer from citi for a credit risk associate role. There’s no mention of a set bonus range but a mention of “discretionary incentive and retention award”. Is it something standard? Never worked at a BB so don’t know the norm. Thoughts/guidance? Thanks in advance

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
