I know, I’m just like this. On my current case, my EM makes me feel like total shit, while the partners/APs are giving me lovely feedback (thank god it’s a balance or I would shut down).

I do a few things:
1) I solve for people that make me feel like a success (whilst challenging me to be better) - there is a huge difference in style which I know impacts my mood and motivation so try to optimize for teams that make me feel good
2) I always say in team norm sessions that a bit of positive feedback goes a long way, and I know about myself that if I feel like I’m performing well I’ll be far more confident and motivated
3) I keep a ‘happy emails’ file on my computer, whenever anyone says something nice to me I save it there. Then when I’m made to feel useless I can read through and remind myself I’m not.

Would love any other’s advice?

You really aren’t as bad as you feel you are right now, you’re just in the thick of a tough environment ❤️

Any recommendations on getting into wine? I love other specialty beverages (3rd wave coffee, craft beer), but struggle to “figure out” wine.

The ability to get involved with local beer and coffee producers has been a huge factor for me, so I’m guessing the comparative lack of local wine producers has contributed to me struggling to understand more of the process, culture, tasting notes, etc.

Hi Fishes,
I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Hi everyone!! This is exactly the group I've been looking for. I'll be starting my new (and first) consulting job at ZS Associates at the end of the month and I'm so nervous that I'll crash and burn. I'm very proud to be an ENFP, but the flaws that come along with it (distraction, procrastination, disorganization) seem like a recipe for disaster. I'm not sure if I should spend this next month trying to change my habits or if I should just embrace it. Anyway, what advice do you all have?
