I feel like I operate on a consistent top performer to burnout loop. How to break this cycle?

Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.

I just found out that a new person at work that has been with us at the hospital for about 2 months max is making more than I am by quite a bit. This person has about 19 years of retail experience and can only work 2 shifts with us. I have about 7 years of of hospital experience all at the same place and I’m able to cover any shift in our pharmacy, super user for all of our systems, trained in our PN iv room, oncology iv room and our main iv room, also RIVA system admin. PwC folks. I am in the process of making a decision to move from EY to PwC. Does PwC FS advisory do a lot of projects in staff aug mode? Doesn't that dilute the importance of PwC on projects ?

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

What are the key skills that one needs to master to become a Acct Sup? Is it always do it first before being promoted? Or is most of it learning once you’re in the role?

What does it mean if you get feedback such as “know the room better?” I came across a team email that was addressed to my account team, and I approached my boss about my response to it. Then he gave me this feedback and told me not to engage in the conversation. Funny thing is a strategy lead just responded back to the team with the exact response I came up with, and my boss agreed with her...
