Hey what's ur number
Hi! I have recently accepted the offer from PwC India on workday portal - about 10 days ago - it shows no tasks to complete and 'step completed' against review and sign offer letter under completed tasks. The DoJ is July 4th week. I was told that HR would communicate with onbaording emails, BGV emails etc. When do those emails come in generally?

No pay no say

no pay, no say. they’re invited to the wedding itself, they don’t need to be included in everything
I think boundaries need to be set it’s like inviting all guests from the wedding to attend rehearsal, not necessary. It’s your wedding and you should be able to have your itinerary what will make you most comfortable
If the money isn’t an issue for you guys, or if he/his parents will pay for the additional guests, let it go. If the money is an issue, tell him. Weddings are sort of a family reunion and when everyone is happy, you will enjoy it more, too. It’s YOUR wedding, and it’s also a big day for any parents. They are proud and wants to show off… let them have it.

i don’t think this is the best approach. if sounds like OP wants this to be a more intimate small night to enjoy with the extra important people, not for everyone who’s attending the wedding. the parents might want it but what the couple wants matters too
No pay no say. If I had let my husbands mom invite her side of the family it would have literally doubled the size of the wedding. Now doing a party on June for just their side and I am not paying or planning any of it
