Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.
PwC has provisionally cleared me to join the firm first week of Jan. What does this mean? Can I start working with them even if the background check is still running in parallel? Can I quit my current job and expect everything to be cool? They said it's taking them longer to verify education and previous employment. Both of which are international.

see what they are offering, trial is expensive, can be variable, and may cut into how much you can get.

Go through your lawyer , and only communicate through them with the other company
Always worth it to hear out the settlement offer, just know that they will lowball to start
Thanks! I agree. They will probably lowball me at first, but I'll see what they say. Initially, they wanted me to bring my evidence and discuss my claim with them but I turned that down, I know I have leverage, and I going to play it to my advantage.
They will want to settle. Going to court would be a reputational risk and they’ll do anything to stay out of the headlines.
Eventually you’ll likely settle. Keep in mind that the full process to take them to court takes years and a lot of money. Might as well start negotiating. If it is way too low obviously keep pushing on…
Note: not legal advice blablabla
Arbitration is much faster than court and both parties give up the right to appeal.
