I'm sitting here envisioning OP tossing his entire team in a dumpster....
yes. I have a double for recycling and trash. I won’t ever go back.

SH dog food storage bin is also worth it. So great.
Yes. I've had multiple and loved each one. They somehow turned throwing out trash into a good experience. 5, 20 or 50 times a day, that pedal works the same every time, 4 years in.
I even gifted one to a family member for a new house, and they made it a point to let me know they really didn't know a trash can could be so worth it.
Had the same one for 10 years now! Great brand and worth it.
Yes, I love mine
YES! And you want a Dyson vac, fan, or purifier!

Don't they have trash bag sizes specific to their brand? Not a deal breaker if so, but you won't be getting any costco discounts.
That said, I went with Kohler for my trash can.
We used to use regular bags since they're the same size, but most recently got 240 Code N bags for $60 straight from their website. The fit is noticeably better imo.
Idk how much trash you're creating, but that'll last us over 4 years. At $.25/bag, the stuff that's filling these bags is a more wasteful spend than the bags themselves.
Yes
alright y’all may have convinced me to spend $200+ on a trash can 🙃

OP one caution is that what really makes or breaks a trash can is when the dimensions, the opening, the access, and the articulation are perfect for the spot you’re going to put it in. If it sticks out funny in the kitchen or you have to walk all the way around it to access it, it will never be worth the price tag.
But if SH makes a model that’s a perfect fit in your intended spot, doooo it.

Yes. It’s the dyson of garbage cans. 😇
Yes
What’s so special about this said trash can?
I actually can’t find a decent dupe with good reviews
The stainless steel ones at Costco work just fine for me. But would I ever pay the price of a simple human? Sure.

The alternative being a complex trash can… I’d go with simple. $20 at Target should get the job done.
