Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?

I was 22 at the time of this post. Now 24.
OP, want to assume you are genuinely asking as you are starting a new job. Unfortunately, for now at least consulting won’t allow you to take massive breaks, I’d say especially if you just started. You may be lucky to get a manageable workload, but won’t be in charge of when the breaks may come. It will get better with tenure, and you’ll feel more in control. For now, my advice is to start on the right foot and learn as much as possible
Trust me it won’t be the last chance if you’re 22/23. I’m 27 and still doing it way too often
If you get called out just say you thought “Spring Break” was included in the benefit package. Ask for forgiveness, not permission.

Maybe just meet your friends for the weekend. Leave Friday around 6 and come back late Sunday. You’re young, you can swing that.

In usa? That mid day break would be really tough. Usually our work m-w is 8:30 to 9:30-11:30, sometimes longer. Thursday is typically the out by six day and friday is normal. You can probably hit the club if you’re wired but this sounds tough

This is a terrible idea. You’ll be frustrated because you’re having a miserable vacation and missing all the friend time, your friends will be annoyed you’re working, and your team will likely notice you’re on vacation and assume you’re doing bare minimum.
May be better to pick one - either one - and do it well.

Yeah it’ll be easy. You’re a new associate, no one’s going to care too much about the work you do for the first couple weeks anyways. It’s more of just to get your feet wet to understand what’s going on. Just make sure you can answer calls if needed.
As someone who started at pwc in august… I definitely did not have time to go clubbing or take mid day beaks for my first few weeks lol
