I finally found a recruiter at Google who taken an interest in me after cold emailing. I met with the recruiter for 15 mins and they said to send them 3 jobs I’m interested in. What is the best may to make the most out of this? I want the recruiter to pass along my resume to the hiring managers but unsure of to get this to happen

Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..
