I finished my final interview just before Thanksgiving. My recruiter keeps telling me they are waiting for my final interview feedback. I understand there may have been delays because of the holidays and then the fires in LA, but this seems silly. If I didn't get the job, why not just tell me no? Or is it possible they really are still evaluating? Any advice here? TIA

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..
