I finished undergrad in 3 years with a 3.5 in accounting from a generic state school more known for its engineering program. Does this help an app at all or just a minor detail? I know it’s holistic and I’ve done more since but curious if this a point even worth mention when developing a profile/narrative.

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. How do I avoid coming off as a “smart but lazy” applicant? Have very high test scores but very low gpa.

Heading to an M7 soon from a tech company where I work in a product-adjacent position. I didn’t need this degree to “break into” product management (former company would have let me transition), but I still figured it could be good for the long run.
