Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

This is going to become more and more common with the way the market is and the way agencies are being run. So while they should honor an NDA, you may want to play nice with them. You could become the recruiter they hire in a year or two.

It has to be explicit that your company's clients are not theirs. Any contacts they make working for you are property of your company. Does your agency have a policy for that?
I just checked and yes it would be a potential conflict of interest.
