Moving to Germany soon and future travel plans will likely be within Europe, no idea where. I was considering parking them with Avianca (no account yet) or British Airways (have 124K already), but not sure. Maybe Singapore because their product looks amazing but have no plans to go to Asia soon.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
