Please learn from my mistake and never try to tell your side when it comes to public reviews. At the end of the day, nobody will care how hard you worked or all the effort and energy you put in. They will see that you are argumentative, which they perceive as unprofessional. Just ignore it, look to the future, and work towards better reviews moving forward.
Mindset number one; the seller feels they always receive less than they should have
Mindset number two : the buyer feels they always overpaid
I’ve found that a calm, professional response works best. Even if the review stays up, it shows others how I handle tough situations.
Ignore it, but send them a pleasant thank you card about how pleasurable it was working with them. Don't worry about how they receive it, just take the satisfaction of going that extra mile. If it was a sizable commission, I'd consider adding a dinner for two at a top restaurant. For every dissatisfied client it takes 250 clients to make up for it. I learned that decades ago from the Top salesman in the country at that time. Sorry his name escapes me. But he had a best selling book in the '70s.
