I got an offer for $140k base salary, plus annual 15% bonus, and I think like 500 shares equity, for an in-house commercial contracts attorney position. I have 10 years experience. I think I should go back with at least $150k, but do you think I should go higher? I was told there “isn’t much wiggle room” but we all know that’s usually bs. Also, how do I ask for a signing bonus and how much should I ask for? Thank you all in advance!

For those who started into consulting remotely during the pandemic - how have you been adjusting to your role/getting ramped up?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Visa friends! Had an interview in London, got the verbal, and am doing the visa dance. Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.
