Hi fishes,
Can you help me with in hand salary?

Hi All,
How much can I expect in hand per month

Hello, I'm looking at a position within Paypal. My question, what is the work life balance, expectation for office (hybrid/remote/other) and is the pay comparable to other companies? Reviewing Director and Senior Director roles on the business side. I have over 15 years experience with multiple degrees. TIA!

Yes, you are underpaid. With those hours, you should be making at least $115k unless you’re working for a very low paying carrier. Figure out how much you are billing dollar amount wise, how much your cuts are, and then divide that by 3.5 and that should get you a decent idea of where you should be. If you bill 2400 yearly, you should easily be able to move to a bigger firm that will pay you much more than 115k a year. The thing is, do you actually get paid for 90% of the hours you bill, if not, take that into consideration.
Curious, why divide by 3.5?
When I left Florida ID over 4 years ago, I was making over 100k billing 150-170 a month. So definitely underpaid. Most of my clients paid anywhere from 195-278 per hour. How much are your clients paying per hour, multiply that by hours worked and then divide by 3.
200 hr/month? Is is value billing or real billing?
Friend of mine, 2020 grad, just started insurance defense work with no civil litigation experience (came from SA office) making $115k
Billing around 2400
