I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

Find people to help and just set up 1:1s. Try to establish friendships or join any extra groups to stay motivated and remind yourself you aren’t merely a resource. Starting remotely and being effective at my job has been extremely challenging. Just know you’re not alone and tell team members you started remotely so they can be aware
This is my second consulting on boarding during Covid but I’ve only worked during Covid but I feel that establishing a day to day flow is difficult and I wonder if things would be better in person. Not only that but virtual meeting engagements have been getting worse for me while my responsibility increases my retention and understanding worsens. I’ll sometimes just nod and say yes because I myself get tired of asking clarifying questions and don’t want to feel slow myself or make my team slower.
