Reasons not to join HCL ??
Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Watch The Social Dilemma. If your gut reaction is some form of, "This is an unfair portrayal of the Tech world," then Facebook. If your reaction is, "You're right, we need to do better than we are," then Google. If taking The Google offer, however, be warned: your manager can fire you for not vibing with the rest of the team, so don't rock the boat.
G1, previous employment experience. A good friend of mine, while I was at Google, took a moral stand and was fired for it. I left shortly after since I didn't want to work for a company that would let that happen. Google's values ≠ Google's behavior.
Solid google offer in terms of numbers, Facebook can bump you to 800k RSU with a bit more negotiation.
Jelly. Jelly.
Google has better WLB and decent refreshers.
Decent as in not amazing. I wanted to show that in general you’re trading WLB for a chance at aggressive TC growth. I know folks that have had accelerated career growth at FB which isn’t as possible at G, like your post mentioned.
