I got an offer for a “senior” position for 69k with a 7k relocation and sing-on bonus from EY and part of my experience was working for my father’s company, once this was disclosed after signing the offer letter during the background check EY said that my experience was misrepresented and they rescinded the offer, I was told I might be able to get an offer for a lower level position but have reviewed no updates. My offer was rescinded a week before start day and I had already quit my old job.

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?

I never do this but I need some objective advice. My wife is 5mo pregnant and my sister is getting married. Wedding was adjusted because of COVID but she set the date knowing I might not be able to attend as I’d have to fly there.
