No RSUS. Is this standard? The salaries I googled were way too high. I feel I'm being lowballed. Can anybody confirm?

Is your compensation and performance reviewed automatically on a regular/annual basis? I don’t get either of these unless I ask for it! Found out others in our company experienced the same as me. Lowball Salaries trending as a common pain point

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year.
