I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I have received offer from sales force as a analyst planning(same as current profile) , the package is 200%more than what i have now but its a contract job. Is the work culture at Salesforce banglore good even for contract workers. How is the pressure and risk? are contract employees treated well too?

I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Accenture is a good company and have a good culture and work environment.
Regarding Job security it is not that great but if your work is good no need to worry.
Variable pay is paid during each promotion cycle.
There are 2 promotion cycle one in May and second in Nov-December. So you will get variable pay during that time.
Regarding location, you can request the PMO to change the location as per your preference if you want, but it gets changed as per availability.
Vp 10 it's hard to get fully , in Accenture it's very hard to get full vp if your CTC is on the higher side so take that 10 lakh vp amount with a grain of salt.
32 for L7 in Tech is pretty decent. bonus for L7 will be paid once a year, which means pro rata for the months you're here before Dec and then next dec.
Also its a function of your base. so 10L is about 31% which is pretty much max, but you can get lower based on perf.. yes you can get higher but very unlikely .. typical ranges would be more 15-20% so think about that.
Cloud first is a great place. the firm is doing well and has typically always done well even in poor times.. so as long as you're doing ok you've nothing to worry about.
on the location yes its possible a project can ask for a location change, however a forced relocation isnt common. And i dont think WFH is ending anytime soon.
Well we definitely have all kinds of roles all the way to partner including technical roles. But it all depends on the project you're mapped to, and yes typically Sr levels are more delivery / architecture / bd etc
You can always look to contribute to the wider cloud first practice to stay connected technically. Work life balance is generally good. We have good policies and great leaders. But again it's all dependent on which pool you land in :)
But why you are 4-5 lakh extra salary.If non monetry reasons are not there i will suggest wait for a better offer
It's not money. It is the location only
Variable pay is an issue... Either you will get or not... Work life balance is not very good.. You may ask to work on multiple projects at the same time
