Cognizant I got an offer from cognizant but I am having some doubts regarding background verification so I am trying to connect with the Recruiter, onboarding team on mail as well as on phone calls, but not getting any response since 20 days. I am worried it should not affect the date of joining. Does anyone know how to escalate ? Or can someone help me in this situation ?

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
