I got an offer last month in December 2025. Anyone have an idea as to when I will get staffed onto a contract position and a starting date? What is the usual timeline between offer and starting date?

- I know basics of many languages/ technologies : C, C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, Azure

- Basic level Problem Solving, DSA, OOP

I am a quick learner. I am currently learning DSA using C++ & Azure.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k.
