I got laid off from concentrix because project got scrapped last month (oct '23) , so in gave interview to 10-15 big small companies , including JK Tech and Cognizant, cognizant were bit late on scheduling the interview and declaring the results, meanwhile JK Tech given me offer letter to join immediately, otherwise they will revoke the offer , so nothing else in hand i joined the company but after joining JKTech , within month i got offer letter from Cognizant, now i am very much confused

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. At McKinsey, if that happened, the head of the practice or the office would personally make the phone call at the very least.

I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.
