I got selected to HCL Technologies , had submitted my documents and all the required information also updated my joining form in discover HCl website. It also shows that my bgv is completed but I have'nt recieved myoffer letter it has been more than a week. I also have a service agreement to fill it requires my date of joining which I think will be in my offer letter. Can any one help me and say how will this move from now.

Bro it's upto profile if your recruiter got suitable project then it clear immediately otherwise will extend again and again. Same happen with me but I know HCL strategies. I mailed them to clear BGV first then will put resign after getting new offer. It's your mistake because it happen with almost 50% as I usually see the review and get known from peoples. It's not with you it's with 50% so all those person BGV details are incorrect ? It can be rare 10% but not 50% that every 2nd person BGV not cleared. I got clear BGV in another Big 4 company with same documents in just 15 days so why it was not failed there ?

Hi folks I am having hcl offer letter now but am having service overlap in my first company very short service 2 months but date of exit marked after 20 days I left will hcl find my service overlap and reject me please some one help
My Doj has been postponed again and the recruiter said that my BGV SLA has been reached the max extend so they cannot proceed further on current ticket & they will inform that they ssign a new ticket to follow up the status of the candidature. But, I can able to see the Recruiter details also got changed in the portal which means I assigned to another new recruiter for onboarding process, but till now I didn't get any update on the profile..
Does anyone have any idea on this situation??
May be they are looking for the project where dual employment is acceptable as in service based company BGV is majorly depends on client requirements
For each and eveytime two days prior of DOJ they asked for some additionally information either of my clg documents/pervious employment docs and they simply extending the DOJ, it been almost three times they extend my DOJ..
Unfortunately I'm not hiring for any specific project, they hiring me for a common pool

My frist company three months experience I got offer in second company as a fresher I joined I resigned frst company but they told last working day after 20 days of second company joining date at the time I don't know this much impact it will create I joined second company and not joined frst company I not putted Attendance anything it's in ncp days when I checked it later
