I Graduated college in December with a B.S. degree I. criminal Justice with hopes of becoming a crime scene investigator, I was told by the agency I needed experience first, so they recommended volunteering, I ended up applying and got rejected (the email said it’s because of my job history) with that being said, didn’t I technically waste my time going to school for this degree? Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
