I graduated in May, and I've sent hundreds of applications but I haven't landed a single interview. Not even a phone interview. What am I doing wrong?

Just wanted to brag a little. This may not be much for some but I’m super excited. I graduated with a B.A in chemistry July 2022 and I start my job this Monday with a salary of 60K!
