I graduated in MSc Economics this year, and have been looking for analyst job since then, I got deferred from the company I was placed at. I have been struggling to get a single interview, although got one offer at 6lpa but rejected it. I only have 6 months of internship exp. I tried with referrals too but that didn't work either. Got my CV screened from some seniors. They say it's all good. So I really don't get why I am not even being considered for an interview?? Pls help so I can change
