To whom exactly are you going to report? Unless the behavior is illegal, there are no laws that have been violated.
But it’s something to really think about when starting a business because no one wants to be sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars when starting out a business.
When you are running your own business, you are the moral and ethical authority. My philosophy is not my circus, not my monkeys.
I mean the same can be said about the military though. Sure they have an obligation to report things but that doesn't mean everyone does. There are going to be shady people no matter where you go.

Oh for sure. However if there is an obligation and someone doesn’t, there’s a consequence. In theory.
Lots to unpack here. How illegal is the beauty industry these days? Is this something about the types of chemicals in beauty treatments? I know there are customers who have suffered burns from facials because a person didn't know about chemical reactions. That should definitely be a reportable situation.
