I had a pdm round today and it more or less felt like they were pointing only negatives and wanted to make interview go sideways. They were emphasising on relocating to blr but i stay transparent and rigid that my preference is ncr only.
My exp is 5.3 i told them i am expecting lead roles but tgey told i m not ready for it which is fine and it will take time. They told i also need to do some certifications and should have additional skill set other than what i m interviewed for.

Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
