Two follow-ups is plenty – more than that reads as desperate, not interested. After a month of silence, they're either still interviewing others, dealing with internal delays, or the role's on hold.
Send one final brief note: "Still very interested if the timeline shifts." Then move on mentally and keep interviewing elsewhere. If they want you, they'll reach out. Don't put your job search on pause for a company that's gone radio silent. The factoids and work samples are nice touches, but response rates don't improve after two tries.
If they change their mind, they know where to find you. You have already done enough, maybe a little more than you probably should have. Ghosting is an unfortunate part of the job hunting process these days. Focus your time and energy on looking for other opportunities.
