I had my first team matching round in Cohort hiring JPMC (Mumbai) and now I will be having CTC discussion with HR, My current ctc is 6.5 LPA (Product Based) and I have 9 LPA fintech startup offer with 2.5 years of exp total. so what CTC should I target.

I haved heard Associates range is 20- 35 LPA but will depend on my previous CTC?

How to approach HR round and negotiate as this is my first switch.
