I had my interview about a month back and as per workday my application has now moved to "In consideration".

Have tried to reach out to HR for further information however even after 3 mails there is no response .

Have 2 questions,

1) how kuch time is it taking for amgen to close positions after moving associate to "In consideration"
2) Is HR accountable for reeponsing to associates there . I know the contract is with Accenture however this level of incompetency from HR is very sad.

Junior Partner, been in working litigation at defense firm for 10 years...but I'm really starting to burn out and would love to transition to an in-house position. My concern is that I have very limited experience with transactional work. Advice for applying and interviewing for in-house gigs?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?
